4. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, content, and processes displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Cadence. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability
While we strive for accuracy and reliability in our services, Cadence is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or third-party failures. Any claim for damages must be submitted in writing within 7 days of occurrence.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Pro-rated fees will apply for any partial month of service.
